Aloft Singapore Novena

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada. I was in Singapore for a week and the hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel's swimming pool was also a great feature. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus to Novena, which was just a short walk away. The hotel also offered a special rate for extending my stay, and the front desk allowed me to have a late check-out, giving me extra time to pack up. Additionally, the free room upgrade with a park view and bathtub was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near a shopping mall made it convenient for dining options.

Average city views, but convenient amenities. Adequate lounge options by pool. Well-equipped gym. Friendly porter and room cleaner. Large, clean bed. Bathroom with bidet. Good breakfast selection. Mall, supermarket, Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks nearby. Not far from airport.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, being close to both a mall that had a supermarket and food court that were quite adequate, and a park which added a peaceful vibe to our stay. It was also just a short distance to the MRT which was great for getting around the city. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning and appreciated the shuttle service to Novena MRT.

The facility itself was modern and well-maintained. The pool area was relaxing and a great place to unwind after a long day of work. The complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient and saved me a lot of time and hassle. The location was also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Some of the staff seemed unenthusiastic and lacked professionalism. They could have been more attentive and customer-focused.

We stayed here and loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within the city area. There were so many restaurants of all kinds within walking distance. The service was excellent, and the room amenities were great. The staff even told us to drink water from the toilet tap, which we found a bit unhygienic. But overall, we would recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a nice pool and fitness centre with helpful staff to show me around. I also enjoyed the convenient location next to a small shopping mall and various food places. The staff were polite and always ready to help with any questions I had.

This hotel is located in a very convenient place - it's on top of a mall! I loved being able to just go downstairs and get groceries or grab some food from the food court. The staff were also very helpful - they gave great service, including 24-hour room service, and were always friendly. The swimming pool was also a great treat and an ideal place to relax after a long day.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
